Con interlocutores a los que no volver\u00e1s a ver y con los que no es tan importante cuidar el v\u00ednculo.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Las \u201cnegociaciones recurrentes\u201d, con personas con las que seguir\u00e1s relacion\u00e1ndote, despu\u00e9s del proceso de la negociaci\u00f3n. Tus socios, colaboradores, clientes, amigos o familiares. En&nbsp;\u00e9stas, el cuidado del v\u00ednculo es muy importante. Ganar la negociaci\u00f3n a cambio de perder la relaci\u00f3n&nbsp;no suele compensar. En este tipo de negociaciones, la aproximaci\u00f3n del \u201cM\u00e9todo Harvard \u201cte asegura el cuidado del v\u00ednculo sin renunciar a una soluci\u00f3n satisfactoria para ambas partes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Ury, Fisher y&nbsp;Patton, creadores del \u201cM\u00e9todo Harvard de negociaci\u00f3n\u201d, distinguen entre la negociaci\u00f3n por intereses y la negociaci\u00f3n por posiciones.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este sentido, un inter\u00e9s ser\u00eda una necesidad que quieres cubrir. El problema que quieres resolver. Y una posici\u00f3n ser\u00eda la manera en la que quieres o imaginas resolverlo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En muchas ocasiones las posiciones son irreconciliables en la medida en que son est\u00e1ticas y si resultan incompatibles entre s\u00ed impiden encontrar la soluci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin&nbsp;embargo&nbsp;los intereses pueden ser compatibles, siempre y cuando abordemos el dise\u00f1o de las&nbsp;posiciones, o&nbsp;estrategias para atender o solucionar el asunto, con creatividad, flexibilidad y apertura.&nbsp; Buscando que la soluci\u00f3n a la negociaci\u00f3n, satisfaciendo tu inter\u00e9s, tambi\u00e9n pueda satisfacer el de la otra parte. Esto es lo que se llama un acuerdo \u201cganar-ganar\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"icon-name-brain-malas-negociaciones\"><i class=\"fas fa-brain\"><\/i> <strong>Malas negociaciones<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pel\u00edculas Disney donde se &nbsp;hacen\u201d malas negociaciones\u201d. Una porque no tienen toda la informaci\u00f3n a la hora de tomar decisiones, otras porque las personas con las que llegan a acuerdos no son dignos de confianza. Otros porque se comprometen a cosas, por falta de informaci\u00f3n que no van a poder cumplir. \u00c9chales un ojo y danos tu opini\u00f3n. Si conoces mas pel\u00edculas para incluir, no dejes de dejarlo en comentarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1 &#8211; La Sirenita<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asume que por el hecho de ser humana y tener piernas el pr\u00edncipe la va a querer. En las negociaciones es importante asumir compromisos que est\u00e1n en nuestra zona de influencia.
