Lo que a ti te acerca al \u00e9xito es el Feedback que t\u00fa recibes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Podemos elegir tener \u00e9xito o tener raz\u00f3n. Cuando escucho el Feedback que me dan, busco tener \u00e9xito. Aprovecho el Feedback que me dan cuando: Escucho, Juzgo y Corrijo mis acciones desde mi parte m\u00e1s madura, sin buscar excusas o pretextos que me justifiquen cuando decido no hacer nada para mejorar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dos tipos de Feedback:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>FEEDBACK POSITIVO: <strong><em>\u201cSigue trabajando de esta manera desde mi punto de vista\u201d.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>FEEDBACK NEGATIVO \/ CORRECTIVO: <strong><em>\u201cDesde mi punto de vista, deber\u00edas cambiar la forma de trabajar en este punto\u201d.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estamos obligados como Managers, a dar Feedback a nuestros Colaboradores, pero debemos darlo para que funcione. Para ello, ten en cuenta las siguientes precauciones:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Damos Feedback sobre la acci\u00f3n, no sobre la persona.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nunca daremos Feedback sobre la forma de ser de nuestro Colaborador.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solamente daremos Feedback sobre aspectos que se puedan realmente cambiar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Daremos Feedback positivo en p\u00fablico y el Feedback correctivo en privado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El Feedback debe ser claro e inequ\u00edvoco, siempre sobre comportamientos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ten en cuenta que el Feedback siempre es subjetivo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Daremos Feedback con una intenci\u00f3n positiva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El Feedback hay que darlo siempre a tiempo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"como-dar-feedback-para-que-realmente-funcione-eficazmente\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo dar Feedback para que realmente funcione eficazmente?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Te proponemos que lo hagas con un formato de L\u00cdDER-COACH, formulando preguntas abiertas y poderosas. Por ejemplo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bfQu\u00e9 hemos aprendido de este proyecto, de este trabajo?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfQu\u00e9 crees que ha funcionado bien?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfQu\u00e9 har\u00edas distinto la pr\u00f3xima vez?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfQu\u00e9 crees que deber\u00edamos haber cuidado m\u00e1s?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(\u2026)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>No olvides:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preparar el momento del Feedback (log\u00edstica, tiempos, lugar, \u2026)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dar Feedback de calidad siempre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verifica el Feedback que has dado para evitar confusiones, malos entendidos, percepciones
