Nos guste o no, estamos en tiempos donde hay cada vez m\u00e1s procesos de transformaci\u00f3n y m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidos.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Fundamentos de la Gesti\u00f3n del Cambio:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Las organizaciones cambian para generar ventajas competitivas&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\"><li><strong>La buena comunicaci\u00f3n en el cambio es importante pero no suficiente. Siempre habr\u00e1 resistencia.<\/strong>&nbsp;La resistencia al cambio aparecer\u00e1 con seguridad, pero haber hecho una buena comunicaci\u00f3n de necesidades, razones, objetivos, etc. al inicio ayuda a disminuir esa resistencia y adem\u00e1s motiva a los \u201ccreyentes\u201d en ese cambio.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\"><li><strong>Para poder tener \u00e9xito, el tiempo en incorporar a la mayor\u00eda a apoyar el cambio es fundamental.<\/strong>&nbsp;Cuanta m\u00e1s personas se unan con entusiasmo al proyecto, esa mayor\u00eda&nbsp;temprana acortar\u00e1 los plazos del proceso.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\"><li>&nbsp;<strong>A mitad del proceso de cambio es cuando existe mayor vulnerabilidad para la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/strong>&nbsp;El arranque (entusiasmo inicial) y el fin (estar cerca del momento final) nos son los momentos preocupantes, es en el medio donde hay que motivar a la gente para que no pierdan ni la ilusi\u00f3n ni el fuelle.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"5\"><li><strong>Todo cambio genera resistencia, hay que saber gestionarla<\/strong>. Como se dijo en el punto 2, siempre aparecer\u00e1n focos de resistencia.
