Para ellos ser\u00eda estupendo poder tener s\u00f3lo un competidor que peleara con nosotros el mercado y no muchos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahora bien, hay formas correctas e incorrectas de hacerlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eliminar a una parte de la competencia poni\u00e9ndote de acuerdo con otros competidores, usar estrategias que impliquen, por ejemplo, pactar precios con tus competidores, repartirte los territorios, limitar la producci\u00f3n para manipular el precio o ejercer \u201cabuso de posici\u00f3n dominante\u201d son formas incorrectas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una manera correcta es siguiendo la Estrategia de los dos Caballos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunos ejemplos de esta estrategia son Pepsi y Coca-Cola, cuando Pepsi con una campa\u00f1a publicitaria tremendamente exitosa logro reducir a simplemente dos los refrescos de cola del mercado. O el caso de &nbsp;Appel y Microsoft, Burger King y McDonald\u00b4s .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n es el caso de las grandes consultoras: EY, Deloitte, KPMG y Pricewhaterhousecooper&nbsp; que se reparten un mercado en el que en realidad compiten cientos de despachos, consultor\u00edas, auditorias y asesor\u00edas de empresas.
