Por lo tanto, si no tenemos un sistema de evaluaci\u00f3n del desempe\u00f1o eficiente y objetivo, estos incompetentes tender\u00e1n a ir creciendo en la compa\u00f1\u00eda, haciendo cada vez m\u00e1s detectar a los que tienen S\u00edndrome del impostor?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sus s\u00edntomas m\u00e1s caracter\u00edsticos son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Gran desconfianza hacia las propias habilidades y competencias.<\/li><li>Miedo intenso a ser \u201cdescubierto\u201d por los dem\u00e1s.<\/li><li>Inseguridad que se extiende m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del \u00e1mbito puramente laboral, lo que llega a afectar a las relaciones sociales.<\/li><li>Expectativa permanente de fracaso frente a todas aquellas situaciones similares a las ya superadas con \u00e9xito.<\/li><li>Desmotivaci\u00f3n laboral temporal.<\/li><li>Emociones negativas (desesperanza, ansiedad, tristeza) sin que exista una causa aparente para sufrirlas.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00ed me gusta decirles, \u201csi te vieras con los ojos que te vemos los dem\u00e1s, quedar\u00edas maravillado\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qu\u00e9 hacer con un empleado con s\u00edndrome del impostor en tu equipo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Haz todo lo posible por reforzar su autoestima y hacerle ver, mediante feedbacks positivos, que todo lo que ha conseguido ha sido gracias a su val\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tienes personas en tu equipo con una confianza en s\u00ed mismos desmesurada, y que consideras que su nivel de expertos no coincide con su autopercepci\u00f3n, puedes estar antes un colaborador Dunnig Kruger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qu\u00e9 puedes hacer: darle feedback continuado, honesto, y formarle en aquella \u00e1rea que lo
