Es la acci\u00f3n de postponer <em>sine die<\/em> tareas que sabemos que deber\u00edamos hacer ya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 se produce? Cuando nos llega una tarea que nos aburre, o nos incomoda, generamos una bioqu\u00edmica que nos produce una emoci\u00f3n desagradable. Nuestro cerebro reacciona queriendo reducir ese malestar, y piensa \u201clo hago luego\u201d. As\u00ed nuestro cerebro nos da un chute de dopamina que nos hace sentir mejor. Al guardar esa tarea en la memoria, la guardo con la sensaci\u00f3n desagradable, y si la sigo postergando, adem\u00e1s le a\u00f1ado la sensaci\u00f3n de culpa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay dos tipos de procrastinadores: los activos y los pasivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 precio pago por dejar las cosas para mas adelante? Malestar personal, sentimiento de culpa, baja autoestima, me alejo de mis metas, genero mala reputaci\u00f3n a mi alrededor\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 puedo hacer para no procrastinar? Lo primero que puedes hacer es no dejar pasar ni cinco segundos antes de ponerte a ello. M\u00e9telo en la agenda y comprom\u00e9tete a ello. Comprom\u00e9tete con otra persona. Si no lo haces, algunos autores dicen que no hagas otra cosa. Deja 5 minutos de pausa para no compensar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estrategia del topping. Pacta un premio, alg\u00fan reconocimiento para cuando lo hayas terminado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pixel. Imagina tu semana como una pantalla de TV, y cada tarea que procrastinas es un pixel negro. \u00bfTe incomoda? Hazlo ya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elefante. Divide la tarea en porciones tan peque\u00f1as que no te de pereza hacerlas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rana. Tr\u00e1gate ese sapo.
