Ponte c\u00f3modo, puedes probar de pie, sentado o tumbado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Respiraci\u00f3n por coherencia cardiaca<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Inspiras contando hasta 5, expiras contando hasta 5. Haz 6 respiraciones en 1 minuto durante 5 minutos. Repites ese tipo de respiraci\u00f3n 31 veces. Tras la respiraci\u00f3n 31 inhalas todo, y sueltas todo el aire te quedas sin respirar todo lo que puedas. Cuando no puedas m\u00e1s, inspiras a pleno pulm\u00f3n y mantienes el aire durante 15 segundos. Luego exhalas y comienzas otra vez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay que hacer 3 series de 31 respiraciones cada vez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tienes un mont\u00f3n m\u00e1s de respiraciones en la red, prueba, juega,
