Meditar no es poner la mente en blanco, no es ponerse en posturas concretas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meditar es aquietar la mente, es entrar en un estado de relajaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica y serenidad mental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es la capacidad de entrenar nuestro cerebro para poder gestionar nuestros pensamientos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los beneficios de la meditaci\u00f3n: reduce la sensibilidad de la am\u00edgdala, agudiza los sentidos, baja la presi\u00f3n arterial, disminuye las pulsaciones, elimina las citoquinas que son las hormonas del envejecimiento, desarrolla nuestra atenci\u00f3n, nos ayuda a concentrarnos, a tomar mejores decisiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si\u00e9ntate en una postura c\u00f3moda, con la espalda recta, la coronilla hacia arriba, la barbilla hacia dentro. Los pies bien posados sobre el suelo. Las manos sobre las piernas, hacia arriba o hacia abajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puedes tener los ojos abiertos o cerrados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pon tu atenci\u00f3n en un elemento, un punto en la sala, una vela, o en el aire que entra y sale de ti, o en tu abdomen que se mueve hacia adentro o hacia afuera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Observa tu respiraci\u00f3n, no la cambies, no la juzgues solo obs\u00e9rvala y concentra tu atenci\u00f3n en un punto dentro o fuera de ti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>T\u00e9cnica de contar respiraciones:<\/strong> Cuenta respiraciones hasta 10. Cada vez que inspiras o expiras cuentas 1, y as\u00ed hasta llegar a 10, haz las necesarias durante el tiempo que te hayas programado. Si te pierdes, vuelves a empezar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>T\u00e9cnica del esc\u00e1ner corporal:<\/strong> Cierra los ojos, lleva tu atenci\u00f3n a un punto de tu cuerpo y si\u00e9ntelo, empieza por los pies \u00bfC\u00f3mo los tienes colocados? \u00bfsientes el suelo? \u00bfLos calcetines? \u00bfAlgo te roza? Y as\u00ed vas subiendo por el cuerpo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>T\u00e9cnica del sonido ambiente:<\/strong> Cierra los ojos y pon tu atenci\u00f3n en los sonidos dentro o fuera de ti. Sin etiquetarlos, interpretarlos o juzgarlos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>T\u00e9cnica de las afirmaciones positivas:<\/strong> Elige una serie de afirmaciones que a ti te apoyen a sentirte bien, positivo, en calma y rep\u00edtelas como un mantra durante el tiempo que hayas decidido meditar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A mi me gusta usar una app que te marca el tiempo de comienzo y del fin de la meditaci\u00f3n, te
