Y convencidas de que la diversidad trae m\u00faltiples beneficios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vamos a se\u00f1alar tres tipos de diversidad:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201chumana\u201d (personalidad, edad, raza, g\u00e9nero\u2026)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201ccultural\u201d (clase social, religi\u00f3n, idioma\u2026)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cempresarial\u201d (diversidad que se generan en la propia organizaci\u00f3n: nivel jer\u00e1rquico, \u00e1rea funcional, experiencia profesional\u2026)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobre las dos primeras, un aspecto importante a considerar es que hay dos tipos de diversidad: la que se ve y la que no se ve. Trabajas sobre las dos, no s\u00f3lo sobre la que se ve y es evidente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobre la tercera, vamos a destacar la que se produce debida a la diferente formaci\u00f3n profesional o experiencia previa que quienes trabajan juntos aportan al equipo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ventajas y retos de los equipos diversos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>valor a\u00f1adido fundamental.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Los equipos diversos son m\u00e1s eficaces, m\u00e1s creativos, promueven la innovaci\u00f3n y fomentan la actitud proactiva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>permite el encuentro entre la sabidur\u00eda de los veteranos y la ilusi\u00f3n de los reci\u00e9n llegados.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Permite sacar el talento de cada persona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Favorecen la sostenibilidad de tu empresa y de tu futuro como l\u00edder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Retos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La diversidad no es la clave para que los equipos obtengan mejores niveles de desempe\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gestionarla con \u00e9xito es lo que marca la diferencia<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>claves para dirigir equipos diversos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Empieza por darte cuenta de la diversidad que hay en tu equipo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Define y comparte con claridad los objetivos que compart\u00eds todos los miembros del equipo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sobre los roles y los procesos, aseg\u00farate de que cada uno tiene y entiende el suyo.
