Lo importante de las teor\u00edas de McGregor es que las creencias que tengamos sobre nuestros colaboradores marcaran nuestro estilo de liderazgo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si hacemos una matriz de l\u00edderes con creencias X e Y combinados con colaboradores X e Y, nos da cuatro posibles resultados en cuanto a mi gesti\u00f3n. Un l\u00edder X y un colaborador X se entender\u00e1n y trabajar\u00e1n bien. Un l\u00edder X con un colaborador Y se frustrar\u00e1, y frustrar\u00e1 al colaborador que se desmotivar\u00e1 y se ir\u00e1.
