Aunque te d\u00e9 pereza. Presta tambi\u00e9n atenci\u00f3n al descanso diurno, haz pausas de 5 minutos, cada 90 de trabajo intenso. Tu cerebro te lo agradecer\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Haz ejercicio aunque no te apetezca, j\u00fantate con alguien y os anim\u00e1is mutuamente. Recuerda que est\u00e1 demostrado que con 30 minutos diarios de ejercicio es suficiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Se riguroso con los horarios de trabajo \u00a1cierra el ordenador! Ponte un l\u00edmite y c\u00famplelo. Evita enviar mensajes de trabajo fuera del horario laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Revisa y pr\u00e1ctica lo que sabes sobre respiraci\u00f3n y t\u00e9cnicas de relajaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Revisa tus fuentes de informaci\u00f3n, se exigente con las personas con las que te rodeas, \u00bfte animan, o te desaniman? Revisa tu vocabulario. Tus palabras tiran de ti para arriba, o para abajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.
